How to place an order with us over the telephone.

We are happy to accept telephone orders at all times that we are open. While we do have an answerphone for out-of-hours calls, we do not recommend using this for orders, as it is too easy to make mistakes.

Our office hours are from 10am - 6pm Mondays to Fridays, and from 10am - 4pm on Saturday.

We do open for extended hours in the period before Xmas ONLY (from 18th November until 23rd December). These extended hours are from 10am - 8pm Mondays to Fridays, 10am - 6pm Saturday, and from 10am - 4pm Sunday

Please note that we are in the UK, and allow for any time zone difference if you are phoning from abroad. We are normally 1 hour behind Central Europe (i.e. 11am Europe time is 10am for us), 5 hours ahead of the US east coast (1pm east Coast time is 6pm for us) and 8 hours ahead of the US West coast (10am West Coast is 6pm for us)
